Nobody is perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to take care of you.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different from your final design, or if you receive incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue a full or partial refund according to your request.

If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you for those pieces. You will be issued a refund within 3-7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

Please note that once your order has been submitted, we may immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase after it has been put into production, your order may be subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, excluding shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account, and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
